The use of Find Me allows callers to the business line to still reach users on cell phones, remote telephones such as at a hotel, or virtual offices from that single number. When users offer the option of Caller-Initiated Notify Me, callers can trigger a notification during the same Call Answer session, without needing to locate additional contact information.
