IP Office Conferencing Solution

The Avaya IP Office conferencing solution enables multiple locations to participate in an audio conference. This allows on-site personnel as well as external parties (whether field-based  engineers, sales staff on the road, customers or suppliers) to plan conference calls in advance or establish ad-hoc conference calls as and when required.

IP Office VoiceMail Pro complements the built-in meet-me conference bridge facility on IP Office by adding guidance prompts as well as requesting PIN codes for security. For example, if conference calls are regularly scheduled, VoiceMail Pro can be pre-programmed for weekly conference calls e.g.: every Tuesday between 2pm and 5pm using PIN code 1234 is the weekly sales call, etc. Furthermore if multiple conference calls are scheduled, users can alternatively select which one they need to attend via a simple menu. Should users encounter any issues calls can be automatically routed to the operator for assistance.

In addition (if Caller ID/Automatic Number Identification (CLI/ANI) information is provided by the network), VoiceMail Pro allows CLI/ANI checks to be performed for further security.

Voicemail Solutions

Some of your employees prefer the telephone for messaging. Some prefer a desktop PC. Both may require fax capabilities. A voice messaging system such as the Intuity AUDIX LX provides both a telephone user interface, as well as a graphical user interface. This gives users a choice of how to access their voice, fax, and if implemented, email messages, based on where they’re working, their job responsibilities, and which method is most conducive to that moment.

Users can access all of their messages (up to 9.1 hours in a mixed-media mailbox) during the same telephone call over the same universal voice port or by using a graphical user interface. Four channels providing text-to-speech capabilities are included, allowing access to all messages (voice, fax header and subject associated with the fax message, and text/email) from any device, including a home phone, cellular phone, and a PC.

Today’s messaging requires more than just sending and receiving separate voice mail, email, and faxes. The  Avaya Intuity ™ AUDIX® LX Multimedia Messaging System provides a telephone and graphical user interface, integrated fax messaging, access to email, text-to-speech, a multitude of features, multilingual capabilities, and flexible networking options, all standard with the system! The Intuity AUDIX LX multimedia messaging platform provides a low-cost messaging solution for voice messaging, fax, and email access to smaller sites, either a small to mid-sized business or a smaller location of a large business. Written in the language of the Linux operating system, the platform can run on industry standard hardware, which substantially lowers the total cost of ownership and makes it more flexible and modular.
