24 Hour Systems Monitoring and Remote Trouble Isolation

Our operations center will not only receive alarm calls from your telephone and voicemail systems, but will proactively test your system nightly.  Upon receiving an alarm call from your system, our operations center will dial-in and attempt to resolve the issue without requiring a dispatch.  Nearly 80% of all problems can be resolved remotely without requiring a dispatch.

24 Hour Technician Dispatch

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, our Operations Center will contact our on-call Service Manager and on-call technicians via e-mail to their Blackberry PDA.  In addition, our system can simultaneously notify your staff via email with real-time alarm information.  Customer notification messages contain information about the alarm condition, including the time that the call came in, the alarm type, and system location information. The messages can be delivered to any normal internet e-mail address. Besides showing up on your desktop e-mail, they can be directed to most pagers and SMS compatible cell phones.

Systems Backup and Disaster Recovery

We maintain backup equipment so that, for disaster recovery, the customer's switch can be replaced and running within several hours.  Equipment is stored within our Quincy and Boston locations and can be delivered by our service fleet (or local Business Partner) or shipped overnight from our warehouse.  Our operations center will also maintain an off-site backup of your system configuration at our Operations Center location in case of data corruption, fire, water, or other natural disaster. In addition, our service fleet is equipped with home garaged company vehicles, Blackberry PDAs, notebook computers and wireless internet access enabling our team to provide the highest level of service and unparalleled response times.

24 Hour Coverage

FTG Technologies provide continuous, around the clock coverage. Our normal office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Twenty-four hour coverage, 365 days a year is available by calling our twenty-four hour call center at 617-367-7474 which will handle the issue directly, or immediately escalate to the on call Service Manager.
