MassIT Awards MassVoice contract to FTG

QUINCY, MA: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Massachusetts Office of Information Technology (MassIT), has awarded the “MassVoice” contract to FTG Technologies. MassVoice is the Unified Communications system that provides communications technologies, services and support to over forty (40) Commonwealth agencies via an IP-PBX Telecommunication System. MassVoice currently supports over 4600 end-users and is poised for significant expansion in furtherance of the consolidation goals set forth in Massachusetts Executive Order #549. This contract was awarded in accordance with Massachusetts Statewide Contract – ITT50 for Converged Voice and Data Communications Systems, Services and Equipment. With the award of this contract, the MassVoice equipment is now owned, managed, serviced and operated by FTG Technologies.

The MassVoice contract began October 1, 2015 and is a five-year contract with options for extensions.
