In the event of any incident, our systems automatically trigger audible, visual and email alerts to the FTG NOC team. Alerts are sent to customer contacts in accordance with their preferences and can include live-agent telephone calls, SMS or email.

Your staff has full access to the state-of-the-art real-time and historical reporting tools leveraged by our support team. Customers can create customized reports using the drag-and-drop Microsoft Report Builder tool. The portal allows customers to view, schedule and modify reports.
